A Sigma Laser fibre laser welding system

Sigma Laser · Customer portal

Your Sigma Laser machine comes with a portal

Priority support from people who know these systems, product surveys that reach the engineers who build them, and member rewards. It is free, and one photo of your machine is all it takes to get in.

What it is

What is the Sigma Laser customer portal?

The Sigma Laser customer portal is a free account for anyone who owns a Sigma Laser welding machine. It gives you a priority support queue, product surveys that go to Sigma Laser's engineers, and a member prize wheel with real rewards.

Verification takes one photo of your machine. You do not need the invoice, and it does not matter whether you bought the machine new, secondhand, or through a distributor — running a Sigma Laser system is what qualifies you.

What you get

Four things, from the day you are verified

Support first. The portal does these four things and does not pretend to do more.

01

A priority support queue

Tickets from verified machine owners are marked as such and go ahead of general enquiries. You are talking to people who work with these systems, not a first-line script.

02

Real rewards on the prize wheel

Spin for welding consumables, protective equipment and accessories. Nothing to buy, no tiers to climb, and exhausted prizes are taken off the wheel rather than left there.

03

Surveys that reach the engineers

Tell us what fails, what wears out too fast and what the spec sheet never mentions. Answers go to the people designing the next generation of Sigma Laser systems.

04

One account for everything

Your tickets, their history and every reward you have won live behind a single login, so nothing depends on finding the right email thread from eight months ago.

This does not replace your service contract. Warranty claims, spare parts, commissioning and operator training are handled by Sigma Laser directly, exactly as they are today. The portal sits alongside them.

How it works

Three steps, one of them ours

Most owners are through this inside a day.

STEP 01

Create your account

Name, company and a working email. Two minutes, no payment details, nothing to install.

STEP 02

Photograph your machine

One photo of the Sigma Laser system you run. A visible nameplate or serial helps, but is not required.

STEP 03

We verify and activate

A reviewer checks it by hand — usually within one business day. You get an email the moment it is done.

The photo

What makes a photo we can verify

A phone photo taken on the shop floor is exactly right. No studio, no paperwork.

Works

Send us this

  • The whole machine in frame, in your workshop
  • A nameplate or serial visible if it is easy to reach — it speeds us up
  • A phone photo, as long as it is in focus
  • Any age of machine, including systems no longer sold
Sent back

Not these

  • A photo taken from the manual, a catalogue or our website
  • A close-up so tight the machine cannot be identified
  • A photo too dark or blurred to read

None of these close your account — you can simply send another photo.

Bring your colleagues. There is no limit on accounts per company, and they all verify with a photo of the same machine. Every operator gets their own ticket history and their own spins, so it is worth each of them signing up rather than sharing one login.

Rewards

And yes, there is a prize wheel

Every verified member gets to spin. The wheel shows exactly what is on it before you play, prizes are drawn per campaign, and a prize that has run out is taken off the wheel instead of being left there to tease you.

Prizes typically include welding consumables, protective equipment and accessories, with larger prizes appearing in seasonal campaigns.

Don't run a Sigma Laser machine?

TrustLoop is open to welding professionals on any brand. You verify with an industry document or a photo beside whichever machine you do run.

FAQ

Questions owners ask

Do I need my invoice or order number?

No. A photo of the machine is all we ask for. The machine is what qualifies you, not the paperwork — so there is nothing to dig out of your accounts department.

I bought my machine secondhand or through a distributor. Can I still join?

Yes. It makes no difference whether you bought the machine new from Sigma Laser, secondhand from another company, or through a distributor. If you run a Sigma Laser welding system, the customer portal is open to you.

Can several people from my company have accounts?

Yes, and we would rather they did. There is no limit per company — every operator, technician and engineer can have their own account, each with their own ticket history and their own spins on the prize wheel. They each sign up with a photo of the same machine.

Does the photo need to show the serial number or nameplate?

It helps us verify faster, but it is not required. A clear photo of the machine itself is enough. If the nameplate is awkward to reach or has worn off, send the machine photo on its own.

Which Sigma Laser machines qualify?

All of them — Siega Fibre, Sineo Fibre, Sidanus Fibre, Sineo Light, Sirius Light, Sidanus Light, and older systems no longer in the current range. Age does not matter.

Does this replace my service contract or warranty?

No. The portal sits alongside them and changes nothing about either. Warranty claims, service agreements, commissioning, spare parts and operator training are handled by Sigma Laser directly, exactly as they are today.

How long does verification take?

Usually within one business day. A person reviews every application, so it is not instant. You can sign in at any time to check your status, and you get an email as soon as your account is activated.

What happens if my photo is rejected?

Nothing is lost. Your account stays open and you can upload a better photo as often as you need. The review notes tell you what was missing.

What do you do with the photo I upload?

It is used to verify your account and nothing else. It is never published, never shown to other members and never sold. You can ask us to delete your account and its documents at any time.

How is this different from the welding professionals signup?

The other signup is for welding professionals who run any brand of machine, and it asks for an industry document or a photo beside any welding machine. This page is the faster route for Sigma Laser owners: your own machine is the proof, and your account is marked as a customer account.
